Simple backgrounds with one or more colors, patterns or color gradients are free.

The progress will be provided as the commission is made. (In terms of sketches you can ask for all kinds of changes, however at the time of painting there is a limit of changes). Check the terms & conditions section for more information.

The commission will be delivered to you in JPG and PNG in an HD drive file with watermark. If you want the file in PDF you can also request it

In case of uploading the commission somewhere, give the corresponding credits.

If the commission is for commercial use, must advise in advance.

All personal use commission will have a watermark, it could be removed with an extra charge to the initial amount. If the commission is for commercial use, this cost is included in the budget.

Credits must be given for the commissioned piece creation.

Changes to the drawing after it is finished (for reasons not related to mistakes made by me in the making) will only be possible with an additional payment.

Payments are made through Paypal or bank transfer (for a certain amount). Any bank charges are covered by the client.

Important to know that Paypal charges a percentage for sending money, which will be covered by the client, said percentage is 5.4%+0.30 USD depending on the charge.

Work will not start until part or the full payment is received.

The amount to be paid is usually half of the job (50%), if it wants to cancel the order it will discount from this amount (or the full payment) 25%, which won't be refunded due to management reasons. This condition applies to not started designs.

If the design has been started but not finished, **the refund will be proportional to the work already done.

If for any reason I’m unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you receive a refund, do not request a chargeback from Paypal. I’ll refund you myself.

If you request a chargeback at any time when you have not been allowed to request a refund, you will lose all prior rights to the commissioned piece and I’ll have every right to earn additional profit in any way. In addition to that, I will reject the chargeback and provide Paypal our conversations, where we discuss the commission, as evidence that I had completed the work for you.

You will be notified when your commission has been accepted.

•During the revisions, you can request images of the work in progress.

The changes you can make are as follows: three (3) in the sketching, two (2) in color proofs and one (1) in the final details. If you exceed these limits, an extra charge will be made.

If you request a change that completely alters the original idea, even when it has been approved in the sketching process, this will be taken as a new project, so it will have new dates and a new amount to be paid.

It takes an amount of 4 to 8 weeks to finish your commission, depending on factors such as health, commissioned piece complexity and other commissions at work. If any inconvenience that delays the progress and the estimated delivery time arises, I will let you know as soon as possible.

Once the work is finished, I'll proceed to send the files in high resolution (HD) to your email through a Google Drive folder.

You will be required to credit my work as the illustrator, i.e acknowledge Cinthia Pérez, @thiaperezart on social media. Regardless the platform used (whether physical or digital publications or mentions on social media).

Credits must be given in the platform where the artwork is uploaded.

I will retain the rights to each image produced. The payment is for the creation of a personalized artwork, not to transfer the rights.

The final work will be published by myself in any of my social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission), unless otherwise specified.

The work will not be used by me to resale through physical or digital products, unless explicit permission or request for it is granted.

I reserve all the rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed.

Use the commissioned piece for the following purposes:

Use the commissioned piece for personal use and/or commercial (the latter having been agreed in advance)

Print the artwork and claim the characters as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Reproducing/using the artwork to promote yourself..

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without prior agreement.

Removing my signature from the artwork without prior discussion.

Altering the design without my consent.

I’m willing to change some of my terms for you if you request it before you begin your commission. If, for example, you don’t want me to publish your artwork anywhere or if you want me to not share leaks, we can discuss it beforehand.
